In the publishing house "Теkhinform" of the International academy of informatization was published the new edition of the first book "Pumps and hydraulic engines" of the International reference book "Hydraulic Equipment" (the author Sveshnikov V.K., Enims). The book contains data about the products of domestic producers, enterprises and firms of the countries of the CIS and in parallel - information about the latest developments (1998-2010) of the world's leading companies, represented on the Russian market (21 companies). The new handbook volume of 552 pages, A4 format, contains tables analogues, basic parameters, the full transcripts of code marks, overall and joining dimensions of 345 types (3156 dimension types) pumps and hydraulic engines for stationary and mobile applications. This appendix gives an alphabetical list of initial character symbols, special threads for hydraulic equipment, basic international standards, working fluids for hydraulic drives.

Of course, it is hard for the printed edition to compete with comprehensive Internet, however it has its own advantages. Firstly, the material is systematized on standard sizes of components, so you can quickly identify the leading companies-manufacturers and the nomenclature of identical products. Secondly, in the first book of the directory along with the latest summarizes the components of the early years of the issue (since 1970), which is necessary for mechanics, replacing the waste resource of new equipment, though you will not find similar information in any Internet. Thirdly, the material is professionally translated into Russian with strict compliance with adopted in Russian terminology. Fourthly, the contents of the directory of domestic producers and foreign companies is consistently adapted for better understanding. The success of the previous editions clearly confirms the fairness of these theses.
